A casual Japanese styled pub located in Collingwood is casual but yet stylish and is delivering some very succulent tapas styled dishes that leaves for an enjoyable evening with friends and family or a quaint evening for any couple. Tucked away off  busy Lygon street sits a restaurant that has made it's home for 30 years. A long red walk way takes you to a large full dining room bustling with enjoyment as diners catch up with family and friends. The room is loud as sound bounces from the wooden floors, although trying to stay cool in the sweltering heat it is almost hard to concentrate on your own table for enjoyment. Our evening was a little strange I have to say as we enter an evening of uncertainty and dabble in a world of fingers crossed and hope for the best. Sure this could end up to be an amazing night filled with new flavours, but on the other hand we may be reminiscing a complete disaster. Our evening at Dainty Sichuan did not start off gracefully and I sigh that I have to say that. A pre Christmas dinner with the hubby lead us to the quaint but pumping Senoritas. Surrounded by white and black classic interior with Red lace lighting was eye catching, but the art work was even more so. A dedication to the festival of the dead was a new way to embrace the Mexican cuisine. I had heard nothing but goodness so of course it made it to my forever growing list of places to wine and dine of which I thought would be the perfect send off to our Christmas festivities.
